Route 16. Sansol Cisterns

The circular route starts from Sansol Town Hall. We head north along the road and, immediately after leaving the municipality, follow a track that begins to climb. Later, we come to a junction with the turn-off to the first cistern, located in the Alto de la Mina area. From the high point, before reaching the cistern, we can enjoy good views of the Sierra de Codés and the villages near Sansol.

Once we take the return path from the first cistern, we descend towards Sansol and take another turn-off along a track that leads northeast to the second cistern on the route, which is in better condition. Finally, we take the path back towards Sansol and complete the route.
